Little Kevin knows he’s getting too big for diapers, but he’s still just a little afraid to use the big kids’ toilet. When he mishears his mom tell a neighbor that she’s going to put him on the “potty train,” Kevin has a dream in which his favorite train conductor character, Ned, shows him that potty training isn’t scary because all of Kevin’s favorite baby animals have to learn to use the potty too!

Dr. Tracy Webley is an expert in early childhood development with over twenty years of experience helping young learners thrive. She has worked as an elementary school teacher, curriculum specialist, principal, and school administrator. With a Master’s in Educational leadership from Stetson University and a PhD in Urban Special Education from the University of Central Florida, Dr. Webley is passionate about making early learning fun, engaging, and empowering for children.

Tom Labaff spent the first decade of his career working on animated films for Walt Disney Studios. This evolved to his current role as an independent illustrator for a variety of publishers such as Scholastic, Wiley, and many more. Tom’s a proud graduate from Ringling School of Art & Design. He currently resides in sunny vero Beach, FL with his wife and their dog Athena.
